Hi,
I am trying to transfer a .zip file from windows xp (remote machine) to windows 7 (local machine). I installed winscp in windows 7 and gave the login information of windows xp, but I am not able to connect. I get the following error :
Network error : Connection refused.
I have attached the snapshot.

Next time before posting:
1/ Try to think (if it possible) and do it yourself
2/ When you find an answer, whatever it is, post it; you ask, so you MUST help with your questions
3/ Remember this si a site about Oracle, and ONLY Oracle; your transfer between Windows is not in this case
