Here is what I found from the Oracle side. Try to find out something like that from the MS side.

http://www.oracle.com/ip/deploy/database/oracle9i/index.html?sqlserver.html

There are some I know from the top of my head. Take this lightly.
1. Oracle is more expensive than SQL Server (SS), just the DB. (Oh Yeah)
2. Oracle is more stable that SS.
3. Oracle is more reliable than SS.
4. Cost of operation, SS is cheaper than Oracle. This includes cost of hardware.
5. Oracle uptime is more than SS.
6. SS integrates better with common programming languages like VB, VCC and others.
7. Oracle is more popular in Fortune 500/100 companies.

...

Good luck.
