In my explorer/menu form there is a image item, I want to display company logo in this image item therefore I am using read_image_file('c:\application\LOGO.jpg','JPG','IMAGE53') in WHEN_NEW_FORM_INSTANCE trigger but image isn't showing.

Would anyone please correct me, what I am doing mistake/missing?

A form reads contents of application server's C:\APPLICATION directory and tries to find LOGO.JPG in there. Does it exist? Or, is that directory, perhaps, on your own PC? If so, well, it shouldn't be (but on IAS).

Yes, file and both are exists in application folder.
