I did some research based on your guidance. I found the reason for shutdown. If you look at this file, it says that the instance is terminated becoz it could not write it to control file. I also have attached the control file. It looks like it could not able to write in the control file.
I installed oracle on the other server, which is working fine. Please advice me to proceed further with this issue.
