Hi all,
Please help me.
1. I created a repository in BI Admin Tool made of three tables. The repository is connected to a remote database with password '12345'.
2. I uploaded the repo to EM and restarted all services.
3. Logged into Analytics and now I can see my Subject Area there.
One day, my DBA updated the password of remote database from '12345' to 'abcdef'.
No my Analytics have failed to work and can no longer fetch data from the database.
One solution is to open the repository in BI Admin Tool again, update the password in Connection Pool and re-upload to EM once again.
But is it the approach, specially in case when database password are periodically updated by admins.
Is there a way I can update the password for repository from Enterprise manager, Application server or Analytics console.
Kindly help.

open console :-
yourserver:7001/console
Login
On the left hand under services click Security Realms
Then click myrealm
Then click users and groups tab
Here is were you can change the new password.
