Errors in file D:OracleadminorclbdumporclLGWR.TRC:
ORA-00314: log 2 of thread 1, expected sequence# 110 doesn't match 106
ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1: 'D:ORACLEORADATAORCLREDO03.LOG'

To be in the safer side, make sure, you have a uptodate complete database backup before attempting any of these

If your control files and datafiles are all upto date and only the online redo files are whining you can try this:

SQL> RECOVER DATABASE UNTIL CANCEL
SQL> alter database open resetlogs

ELSE
u need to do recover database.

heyy Mahesh u r right,
but u forgot one option..
b4 performing the above steps , you must restore the datafiles and control files in to their original position and then say the commands u mentioned...
