Hi,
i lost my redo log files and When I try to open the database I get

ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 1 of thread 1
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'F:ORACLEORADATAOWBREPOSREDO04.LOG'
ORA-27041: unable to open file
OSD-04002: unable to open file

Is it possible to get those files back?

Hi,

It is possible if you have taken backup of redo log files.
replace the latest logfile it should work.

Argh ! don't do what Sunil SAYS ! Never use a backup of REDOLOG, YOU DON'T NEED IT ! ( except in some cases ). You just have a redo log member corrupted.
Try just to drop the log file member ... And then recreate it, if due to Disk error recreate it somewhere else.
