Hi all,

I am getting the following error when trying to connect from sql developer, I can connect through command prompt and sqlplus to scott schema.

Error :
-------
An error was encountered performing the requested operation.
IO Error : The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Vendor code 17002

Login details used in sqldeveloper
----------------------------------
Host name : 192.168.2.2
Port : 1521
service name : orcl
