OBIEE 11g installation error [message #567447]

I have created the RCU for BI installn... As soon as i go into Disk1 and run the runInstaller it gives me error of

End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the latter case the central directory and the zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive.

note: bishphome/Disk/stage/Components/oracle/1.6.0.24.50/1/DataFiles/filegroup3.jar
may be plain executable , not an archive.

For more help i have attached the screenshot of it.
Please reply me with any known update.
