In OCI programing,How to throw DBServer's IP,PORT,SID to direct access Oracle DBServer,that's must don't use file "network/admin/tnsname.ora" configure.

hi,
are u talking about tools like PRO*C.. if yes, then u will have some header files like sqldb.h, sqlca.h etc which contains methods that ill take the arguements u r talking about...see the specific documentation...
