microsoft data link error [message #566766]

hi guys,

what i did means, i installed oracle 10g 64bit on windows 2008 server ,there is no problem in installation it was perfrctly installed when check sqlplus it was not showing any error ...

but when we are connecting to the ODBC application its giving an above error saying oracle cleints and network components are not found,where can i find these components do you have any idea regarding this can you please look into this attached file and let me know....

Which kind of installation did you make? Which options did you choose? Did you choose the one that install ODBC driver?

i installed oracle 10g 64bit normal installation as we install for oracle database

no i didnt choose the one that install ODBC driver...

where can i find this ODBC driver installation option

i just installed the oracle software and i was trying to connect with this ODBC...it was giving me an error any suggestion

do i installed ODBC drivers???

Launch again the installer and check the option (which depends on your version and edition so search for it).
