Hello Expert,
We have 5 node RAC database. I want to user 2 node for OLTP and 3 for DSS system. Please guide now to create service for the requirement.

That would depend on whether your database is policy managed or administrator managed. And on your requirements for high availability, fault tolerance, load balancing.

So that is simple enough: administrator managed, and set up two services with preferred and available instances accordingly.
You might want to consider why you are using RAC, though. Is it for performance? Scalability? Fault tolerance? Don't just say "all three", that will indicate that you haven't thought it through. Many RAC isntallations fail, because the expectations were not set correctly. You need to be absolutely clear on why you are using it, and how your chosen topology will meet that objective.
