I want to remove the on line copy of archive file , because of my database is on archive log mode ..so how can i remove the Archive file from oracle memmory in oracle 8i..

Not sure what your trying to do here. If you delete a archive file thats it. If you tell us why you are want to do this or what the problem is, then maybe we can help
