i am poor guy but i want to study ORACLE DBA. I am having internet connection in my office. can it be possible to study the oracle dba ? how .

browse oracle documentation in www.oracle.com, and browse google to find books and tutorials for oracle,.
u can do a lot once u have net with u. browse the world for oracle.
