Hi Exerts,
One of our production database we are getting error "TNS:operation timed out" from unknown port in alert logfile. Need to help to check why TNS error is occurring to these unknown port as our listener is running on default 1521 port. Also to inform that host=192.191.118.24 itself is the same database hosting server IP.
