AR INVOICE API PUB error when creating single invoice [message #557070]

After populating the necessary parameters I call this method : AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.create_single_invoice, in PL/SQL Developer and I get this error : Fatal ErrorORA-20001. I don't know where am I going wrong, the batch source id is -1, and it has auto trx numbering flag enable.Please find the attached file

Print out is as below :

One problem is the exception handler.

It does NOTHING beside hiding the real error. Remove the exception handler completely to see where the actual error happens.

I have removed the Exception Handler and the raise_application_error. And I'm getting the below message after calling AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.create_single_invoice (which is the value of the l_msg_data from the x_msg_data):
