Hi Expert,
Below is the Golden Gate error we are getting to extract side. Kindly suggest.
2012-05-31 06:23:32 INFO OGG-00962 Oracle GoldenGate Manager for Oracle, mgr.prm: mgr did not recognize command.
2012-05-31 06:23:32 INFO OGG-00963 Oracle GoldenGate Manager for Oracle, mgr.prm: Command received from ERROR on host 68.87.32.196 (Protocol Error).
2012-05-31 06:23:32 INFO OGG-00962 Oracle GoldenGate Manager for Oracle, mgr.prm: mgr did not recognize command ERROR Protocol Error.

I don't even know what Golden Gate is (apart from that magnificent San Francisco bridge); however, what command did you issue (if any)? If you type commands on the keyboard, was there a typo? Did you use correct syntax (quick googling said that in some operation - just for example - one should specify MGRPORT instead of PORT, which can be overlooked)?
