Hi all,
I installed oracle XE 10.2 and I am not able to establish network connection. I can connect with sqlplus (Oracle works) but not with SQLdevelpoer (listener doesn't work). I described my problems at oracle forum but I didn't get any answer (forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2380717&tstart=15). That is why i try here.
As far as I see from tracing logs, server receives connection request, but it never responds:
Fatal NI connect error 12170.
VERSION INFORMATION:

Tracing to file: D:\progs\oracle\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\network\trace\svr_3424.trc
Tns error struct:
ns main err code: 12535
TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out
ns secondary err code: 12606
nt main err code: 0
nt secondary err code: 0
nt OS err code: 0
Client address: <unknown>
I attached svr_3424.trc.
I've been struggling with this for days and it looks to me that there is no way to make this work. Any ideas, is there anything I could try.
Thanks!
