You haven't attached anything. And you should post any question directly. A lot of people can't/won't download attachments.
Do you understand how forms works?
You have a datablock based on a table.
You populate the block with execute query
You change the data you want
You press save
Forms automatically does the appropriate updates.
You don't need to write any code for this.
