hi,
oracle8 is a Object oriented database .
newfeatures include object technology, data partitioning, collections, lobs etc
8i, is a internet database. new features include IAS, OWS,etc
9i is a Multilingual and Globalized database with many integration features... ex: sys.xmltype is a new datatype in 9i with which u can save xml DTD's into the database .. and 9i DB is available on more than 50 languages if i am not wrong...
