A little late but I just read the reply and I don't think this is quite right
The equivalent of Clustered Indexes from SQLServer in Oracale are not Oracle clusters but Index Organized tables
IOTs are tables that contain a primary B-tree structure within it - their maintenance seems a little complicated as it can create an overflow object
