After running this query we get some numbers.

select tablespace_name,sqrt(max(blocks)/sum(blocks))*
(100/sqrt(sqrt(count(blocks)))) fsfi from dba_free_space
group by tablespace_name
order by 1;

Does anybody knows exactly what is happening.
100 suppose to be not fragmented
or I am wrong? 30 and lower should be fragmented or not?
