Tapan, may I make a suggestion?
You have reported a number of problems, that all come down to problems with following the instructions for installing Oracle and creating a database. You are trying to install release 10.2, which is years out of date. Release 11.2 has a much better installation and database creation wizard: it is harder to make mistakes, and it is better at assisting you with resolving problems.
Why don't you throw away 10.2 and use 11.2 instead?
