Have you checked out the new non-Flash Metalink interface on supporthtml.oracle.com? I think it's pretty good. Faster than before, and no bugs yet.

I got the same email and am happy. I did not like the flash version. I NEVER use IE, and from time to time, the flash version would just not work for me in either Opera, Firefox, Chrome, K-Meleon, etc.
I have no such problems with the HTML version.
Too many time while using Firefox on flash sites I get messages that flash is not installed.
