Enterprise Manager is not able to connected [message #537388]

Dear All,
I am using windows 7 32 bit and I have installed 11g. When I conect through SQL it get connected. When I go to Database Control (OEM) it says
"Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance. The state of the components are listed below.

Listener

Status Unavailable

Agent Connection to Instance

Status Unavailable

What I have to do to remove that.

Without showing us what you actually did we can't help you.
Did you at least install the console?

Dear Michel,
I have attached the jpg file which apppears to me after installation I dont know much about that console you mentioned sorry for that because I am new using 11g and dont know much about that so I have installed 11g for database.
