Dear all;
please look to the attached picture, i googled about this problem and i found that i need to apgrade this verion to 10.1.2.3, and i dont have an account in metalink to download the patch.

any ideas ??

If upgrading your version is the only way, I wouldn't know what else to do.

Did you try to find a workaround on the internet? *Maybe* someone managed to fix the issue by ... I don't know, setting some Windows parameters, running the Builder in compatibility mode, whatever.

ya i searched about upgdade and i have an account on metalink but i didnt find details how to upgrade on win server 2008 !!

You are using 32-bit forms and 64-bit OS?

which one should i download ??

i have windows server 2008 64bit.
is my patch will be (Microsoft Windows Itanium (64-bit)) ??

On your list, it is the only Windows 64-bit patch. What happens when you click patch number on the left? Does it start downloading the patch, or does it open another page? (I don't know - my Metalink account settings don't allow me to work with patches). If it is another page, what does it say? If it is a (zip?) file, download it (it is only ~10 MB large) - maybe it contains some additional information.
