Two Error: IMP-00017 ORA-03113 when imported a dmp file to oracle [message #528755]

There is an error when I imported a dmp file to Oralce, And the google might not help, would you give me some advices.

The version of Oracle:
Destination oracle: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit for linux.
Source oracle: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production for linux.
Imp client: Oracle Database 10.2.0.3.0 32bit for win7

The imp statement:
imp userid=system/oracle@test full=n fromuser=Rm touser=Rm file=E:\test-10-11\test2-10-11.DMP log=rm.log buffer=5400000

The error is:
IMP-00017 "ALTER PACKAGE "PKG_XXX"COMPILE REUSE SETTINGS TIMESTAMP'2010-12-31:18:06:""13"
IMP-00003
ORA-03113
IMP-00000

And I successfully imported the dmp file into the other PC, the version is Oracle Enterprise 10.2.0.1.0 32 bit for linux.

ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink and/or call Oracle support
additional clues may exist in alert_SID.log file

i read the alter log, and found an error: ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ptmak()+191] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000010] [] [].
