We have set up a receiver responsibility for one org. It is just to receive things in purchasing. Anyway they have 2 orgs. Any way when they open it up they always get the wrong org and I can not change it for the right org. The option to change org does not open the form (it works for other resps)
The profile options are all fine as far as I can see they all look at the correct org.

Any ideas?

Not sure whether the profile can be attached to user or not.
Hope you have verified the org attached to the user also.
