Thinking of virtualising our main databases.
To be situation:
Oracle Database Standard 11.2.0.2
Virtualized OS: Windows 2008 R2. 1 per Oracle Database.
Host: Windows 2008 R2 Hyper-V SP1. (Datacenter)
Users: 150

Only found some issues regarding running Unix on Hyper-V. What is your experience with this platform or should I choose OracleVM/VMWare?
