Hi all,
What could be the reason for Such Errors.?
OCR Integrity was Successful on one node and on the cloned node it was failed.
I can submit if any logs required.

Hi, man. One possibility is your VIPs. Are you using addresses such as 10.*.*.* or 192.168.*.* or 17.16.*.* to 172.31.*.* on your public NICs? the root.sh scripts and cluvfy will throw errors if you are because they aren't routable: you have to run vipca interactively to get past this.

I'm not clear on the problem. Did something actually fail? Your screen shots show CVU in progress.
It is a long time since I installed 10g clusterware, but I think if it has got as far as that screenshot, your root.sh scripts ran and the install has completed. What does
cluvfy stage -post crsinst -n all
(or something like that) show?
