I want to back up my database with RMAN , but I need the catrman.sql script that must to be in catalog rdbms/admin but I don't see him . Where are situated this script?

it is not mandatory ,that you need to have the script
,follow this code

goto the cmd prompt say

c:>rman target=system/manager@db_name nocatalog

This will solve your problem

to create an recovery catalog the user should have
recovery_catalog_owner role granted,

now say

c:/>rman target=system/manager@dbname rcvcat=scott/tiger@dbname

no say
create catalog rcvcat;
