i installed oracle 10g in my windows xp os.and the user name password is incorrect.so tell me how to open oracle 10g

alter user FOOBAR identified by newpass;

AS an aside, the term FUBAR was the original expression (at least as I recall it). It originally stood for

Yes it was Fouled not Fxxx'ed.

It has of course been adapted over the years. It was IT geeks who adapted it to be FOOBAR. Here are etyomology pages for those interested.
