Is it possible to run both Forms 6i and 10g on the same PC using Windows XP? If so, are there any reported issues and how stable is this environment?

If "both Forms" means "both Developer Suites", the answer is "yes" - just install every product into its own directory.
If "both Forms" means "both applications, one written in Forms 6i, another one 10g", the answer is "yes" again. Forms 10g are web-based, so you don't care much about the environment as all you need is a browser. Forms 6i might be client-server (so you'll need runtime components), but might also be deployed on the web (so you need a browser again, which is the same as 10g situation).
Shortly, as far as I can tell, yes, you can run both of them on the same PC.
