Does anyone have any experience of using Guardium as an auditing tool? Any particular pluses or minuses in comparison with Oracle auditing?
Any insight will be gratefully received.

Hi John,

I served as Database Risk Officer at a Banking conglomerate for 5 years, and during my tenure there deployed Guardium. The simple answer to your question is yes, Guardium tool is superior to Oracle's auditing tool (I am an Oracle DBA myself too Smile). Beyond that we need to delve into a lot more details if you wanted more specifics.
