I have Downloaded Oracle 10G XE and Installed in my PC which has XP OS

when i start to run the Database home page im getting the below Error

Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error

Kindly help me so that i can wrk oracle in my PC

type services.msc in run and check whether oracle services are started or not..
if not try to start them manually.
