Mapping Deployed But Deployment Status is still 'Not Deployed' [message #515533]

When i deploy mapping it shows that it is created successfully but still deployment status is 'Not Deployed'.
Following is Job Details:

Name            Type      Status    Log
SPLMAP_D_ACCT   Mapping   Success   VLD-0001: Validation completed successfully.

SPLMAP_D_ACCT
Description : 
Runtime User : BIREPO 
Started : 2011-07-11 16:51:45 
Name  Action   Status Log

      None  RECOVERY RPE-01008: Recovery of this request is in progress.
SPLMAP_D_ACCT Create Success
 
Job Summary
 Updated : 2011-07-11 16:51:45 Job Status : Completed with errors Job Processed Count : 1 Job Error Count : 0 Job Warning Count : 0

Is this due to this error
RPE-01008: Recovery of this request is in progress.
