Sybase is an RDBMS

I am very sorry because i didn't use posting guidelines, Sybase SQL Anywhere 7 is installed in a server and I want to connect it with Oracle Forms and Reports that installed in my computer not server.

Check this (somewhat outdated) document (it was written in 2001, but Forms 6i is an old piece of software too). You don't need to subscribe, just scroll to the bottom of the page. An excerpt:Quote:

There is Oracle Open Client Adapter which allows Developer/2000 on Windows to access ODBC-compliant data sources through ODBC drivers.

There is, for me. Try to Google for "How?:Forms n Reports App connecting to Sybase DB".

Accepted solution, according to that page (located at www.oraclesolved.com) says:Quote:

Using the Oracle Open Client Adapter, forms and reports application can access different databases. This allows to build an application that can run unmodified against one of several databases. I think you can find more info on this at oracle.com

There's also some more reading; do check it once again.
