When you run the root.sh script on the second node, it will detect that the voting disc was already created, when you ran root.sh on the first node. In your case, it didn't: it tries to format it, on /dev/sdc1. So I think that you do not have your shared storage set up correctly. Is /dev/sdc1 really mounted on both nodes?

Thanks John, you were correct the problem was with my shared disk configuration on VMware server. Disk locking was not set to "FALSE" and few other settings, so that was why root.sh on second node tries to format /dev/sdc1 again. I have corrected that and everything is working fine. Thank you all.
