hi

dear
i have 9i database and 6i form with report report that run rightly.
i want to run my form and report in web browser, some body give me idea i install oracle application server and run form and report in web browser. my point is mession blow

1. how many tool required like as jdk , application server and oc4j
2. which application sever version required
3. can install in same machin
4. send me installation step

please give me idea

You need to decide that. While it is recommended to get the latest version,
it depends on how much you want to spend.

Yes. Provided your machine as resources.
Depending on your configuration/requirement even infrastructure could be optional.

i alrady use 9i database
and Application server will install
oracleDS is incould in AS or install alon

when i install AS the oracelDS automatic install yes or no

oracleDS is a part of AS if no then how i install oracleDS

please give me idea

Oracle DS is separate installation and pretty straight forward.
Just follow the guides from documentation.

OracleDS is must required for form/report run in OraceAS.
it's posible form/report run in oracleAS without OracleDS

"Oracle DS" is, I presume, "Oracle Developer Suite". If that's so: its name says everything - it is a developer suite, people use it to develop applications. In order to run these applications, you don't need Developer Suite - you have to deploy your (Forms) application to web. In order to do that, read the Deployment Guide.
