Hi,
Please let me know what is the reason for filling the folder "Oracle Jar Cache" with some files? Why should we clear the cache ?
Please give me more details. My clients are also facing same issue. When they use the application continuously(in forms9i) after some time, application getting hanged. When we follow these steps its working fine:
- close all IE
- and clear the cache ,
- then re-start machine

Please let me know is there any other way to solve this issue.

is your configuration like below?
EndUser<=>browser<=>WebServer<=>ApplicationServer<=>DatabaseServer

Since I am not standing behind you & am not even in the same room, I have NO idea which machine gets restarted
