You first problem is that you have studied deprecated software.
Your second problem is that 9i certification was four exams, whereas 10g or 11g certification is three exams. So just sitting the exams costs more if you do 9i.
Your third, and most serious, problem is that Oracle University will not certify you unless you attend at least one Oracle Uni course. If your training was not with Oracle Uni or an Oracle Uni partner, you will NEVER be certified, no matter how many exams you pass. And since Oracle Uni has not offered 9i courses for years, I would not think that your training will count - no matter what the training provider claims.
Probably your best option is to buy a book on the 11g curriculum (such as the exam guides from Oracle Press or Sybex), study it, and then do the 11g exams. Then to complete the OCP class attendance requirement, do a more advanced course, such as Data Guard or Performance Tuning.
I think that those colleges still offering 9i courses and claiming they are useful should be busted for fraud: you might want to discuss this with your teachers.

Hmm
Before that I suspect OP and the First Replied user.
Because
1) Name--Same i.e. "Swapnil"
2) IP--Almost same i.e.IP: 220.227.63.130----IP: 220.227.113.209
3) Location---Mumbai
4) The way User replied i.e. Quote:what the hell are you talking .....
OP has One Extra "pimple" nothing more than that.
