I have an issue in Forms...

Created a custom form and zooming it (using Zoom functionality of Custom PLL) from Oracle Purchase Order screen....The requirement is to automatically close the custom form if Purchase Order screen is closed, which is not happening now....

Please let me know how to proceed..
