After deploying the new 11g fmx the old version is still running [message #503045]

Hello everybody,

We are running forms 11g ( 11.1.1.3) in our production environment and we are having strange issue when we are deploying the new version of fmx on fusion middleware server ( Windows 2008). After copying/replacing the new fmx we are still running the OLDER version of form. It's happening randomly on different servers.

What could be a reason for this issue? Any idea will be appreciated.

1. people have not logged out and are using the form that is still in memory.
2. you are not really running the form where you think you are. you can delete the file completely and see if people are still using the old version. search the filesystems for any other copy of the .fmx file.

Check your's Forms Path & Restart your Weblogic Server - WLS_FORMS.

Thank you all for your help!

1. Users logged out before we copyied the form and if the form is running Windows does not allow to copy the fmx. In this case we could copy the form without any problem.

2. I know restarting of WLS_FORMS can solve this issue but we can't restart it every time we are installing the the new version form
