Hi,

I have seen somewhere in oracle site that one can download
Single User Sun Solaris Unix (Single User Mode Only)

Can anyone guide me to install the following.

I have searched the same in this forum but couldn't getting anything like.

1. Install Sun Solaris Freeware 10 and
2. Install Oracle 10g on Unix (Sun Solaris 10)

You must be talking about Open Solaris

Not sure what you mean.
You can boot the system into single user mode (init 1).
