Is it possible to add a user to the Identities list in Oracle BI Administrator?

1. Open a Repository.
2. Go to the Manage / Identies menu item.
3. The dialog displayed shows a list of Users and Roles.

However, this list does not include all of the Users defined in the WebLogic Administrator, even when they are assigned to the listed Roles.

How can I add more users to the Repository's list?
