ORA-17410 No more data to read from socket [message #488568]

Hi,

I trying to connect a Java application to the oracle10g R2 database. Application installed on SuSE-10 I have installed the latest JDBC driver. However, it displays following error:

ORA-17410 No more data to read from socket.

Please, help me to fix this.

My V11.2 DB does not know about any such error.

bcm@bcm-laptop:~$ oerr ora 17410
bcm@bcm-laptop:~$

I suspect application bug.
