HI friends,
Am not very much good in unix but I need to develop a shell script that will first check whether a text file exist in a particular directory or not and if yes then it has to read content and then through sqlldr , it has to load the values into oracle table and once completed text file is to be moved to another directory. Need support urgently .

Talks about most of the stuff you asked for.
Just move the file to another directory.
Depending on your need, you can simply the script by just passing the input file directly to the sqlldr command line.
Make the script any fancier you want.
