EXP fails without termination message [message #487577]

I have got a serious issue in production. EXP did not complete the process. I have got Oracle Back up log file in production as follows. EXP did not write termination message like Exported successfully with warnings or without warnings. Can somebody explain what is the issue?

With the Real Application Clusters option
Export done in WE8MSWIN1252 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
server uses WE8ISO8859P1 character set (possible charset conversion)

Thanks for your reply. But no one has killed it because it is production server. Can you suggest me which things causes to wait the EXP process ?

That's not a good reason, human errors exist.

Yes, you are right. But we get this problem every day in production server. Client does not do anything without informing to us. Client informs us for even resetting IIS also.

If you can't investigate the case, you can't know the source and have to live with it.

More than enough(20GB) space is there.Our dmp file takes only 5MB.
