Error when running Forms 10g through web. [message #486989]

I am using forms 10g developer suite, AIX in appl server.

When I run the form on my local drive through web I am getting error that,
FRM-40735:ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508.

My fmbs & fmxs are in e:\fmb, libraries are in d:\application\lib.
FORMS_PATH in Registry is C:\DevSuiteHome_1\cgenf61\admin;C:\DevSuiteHome_1\forms;e:\fmb;d:\application\lib
I have set the same path in default.env also.

What should I update, to run the form successfully.

It seems that you are calling a non-existent stored procedure (or the one you don't have access to).

Oracle

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

Cause: An attempt was made to call a stored program that could not be found. The program may have been dropped or incompatibly modified, or have compiled with errors.

Action: Check that all referenced programs, including their package bodies, exist and are compatible.

How does your ON-ERROR trigger look like? Could you post it here?
