Run form saved on network disk [message #484716]

Hi,

we are testing the oracle developer tools 11g and we have the followed issue.

If we run a form saved on the local disk, it's running properly but if we save the form on a local disk we get FRM-40010 Cannot read form XXXX.

Example: TEST.fmx on C:\Temp (Local disk) is running
TEST.fmx on T:\ (Network disk) FRM-40010

I already search on internet but i dind't find anything that could solve the problem.

there is something that has to be done to make it work?

I never used Forms 11g.

However: did you add "T:\" to FORMS_PATH (or whatever its name is) in Windows registry?

yes i did, but the problem is when we run it from the builder.

Hi,

when i had open the thread i had install the 11.1.1.3 version and create service to start the oracle forms/report/admins service.

the *.env was configured correctly, now i re-installed to the 11.1.1.2 and didn't create the services and everythings seems working.

Thanks for your help and hope to have explained myself clearly so it could help someone else.
